A vibrant and forward-thinking non-governmental organization, Saptari Youth Nepal (SYN) is dedicated to empowering the youth of Saptari district and promoting sustainable community development. SYN was established with the goal of utilizing youth potential. It focuses on establishing avenues for youth involvement, skill development, and active participation in social, economic, and cultural domains.

The core of SYN's efforts is a commitment to promote education, health, DRR, Sanitation and entrepreneurship among youth. The organization's diverse programmes are designed to meet the particular issues that Saptari's youth confront, providing them with the information, skills, and resources they need to become positive change agents. SYN promotes leadership and innovative thinking through seminars, training sessions, and community initiatives.

Saptari Youth Nepal also emphasises the significance of gender equality and social inclusion, making its programmes available to everybody, regardless of gender, caste, or socioeconomic status. SYN is registered with the District Administration Office at Saptari (on 25 January 2017) as well as at the Social Welfare Council (on 24 March 2017). Since then it has been working in the field of community development. It is also a member of the NGO federation, Saptari. SYN has an office located at Rajbiraj Municipality ward number 8, Saptari, Madhesh Province, Nepal. The organization was founded with 11 members
